After approval and production, quality control carefully checks every item to ensure you receive the best possible product.

This covers our sampling cost.

Digitizing

Our graphic designers will transfer your design into a digitized design that can be read and embroidered by our machines. We will color match your logo to the Maderia Classic Rayon thread chart as closely as possible.

Digitizing Fees for Embroidery

$25 for client-provided DST (file must be done at production scale)
$50 for new digitized file creation
These fees cover our sampling cost.
The minimum order is 12 pieces for garments and 24 pieces for hats.
