Please shop our curated product catalog and order directly from there. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, we’d be happy to add it to the catalog for seamless ordering/reordering. Please email support@ct-emb.com with the product you’d like to order. We will always contact you for the logo and send an art approval 2-3 days after your order is placed.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Art proofs are sent 2–3 days after your order is placed. Once the proof is approved, your order will ship within 3 weeks. Lead times may vary based on the brand, but we do offer rush orders for an additional fee.

I’m not able to upload my logo to the website. How can I send it?

You can email your logo to support@ct-emb.com with the order number in the subject line. Please do this within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can send you your proof within 2–3 days.

What file format is acceptable for submitting my logo?

You can upload JPEG, PNG and PDF files to our website. We ask that you do not send a picture or screenshot of your logo; if the quality is too low, we will ask for a better file after your order is placed.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after you place your order.

Can I get a physical sample of an item before ordering?

Yes, we can send you a sample using scrap material. You will be charged the shipping cost.

Do you offer returns?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on items that have been decorated, with the exception of damaged or incorrect products. If the exception applies, please contact support@ct-emb.com within 10 days of receiving the product.
